There has been great progress towards abolishing the deathpenalty I remember back in the 90s there only 15 states with no death penalty on the books look were we are now non death penalty states are in the 20+ now that's great progress and a lot of small victories for the anti deathpenalty movement. One thing is for sure if all states ended the deathpenalty I think Texas would be last and the most reluctant because Texas is like a country within a country and state with a cowboy wild justice mentality.

I currently have a case in the Federal district Court in Dist. of Columbia Wa. D.C. that is a 10 part case of directly relevant cases that demonstrate Judicial terrorism , light years beyond the parameter of Judicial Abuse of Discretion. These are flagrant assaults via the deprivation of two different demanded and fully paid to receive juries , twice ruling with the knowledge of having no jurisdiction, aiding & Abetting the unlicensed practice of Law and aiding & abetting a known and convicted for RICO fraudster son of local attorney to financially exploit via fraud my 94 yr old mother of $840,000.00 . The criminal conversion of my custom built lakefront home of the prior 32 yrs after being illegally forced to bankruptcy by the Superior Court covering for the Suspended from practice attorney who they allowed to continue to practice law unlicensed who while doing so , violated USC title 18 chap. 9 sec. 3057 sub sec. 152-154 withholding my quit claim deed release to the family home while embezzling thousands of my money held in the attorneys trust account and the Superior court never placing on docket two of my time and date stamped motions to cover up their corrupt criminal fraud and deprive from access to a court of law /record so as to prevent the truth from coming out about their fraud , color of Law and criminal RICO Public Corruption . Falsifying court docket records , refusing to provide honest legal services or due process of Law. Arranging for Mock auctions never disclosed tot he public while having no jurisdiction and the home still under the protection of Bankruptcy . Sending to my home at least 12 heavily armed sheriff deputies all with bullet proof vests, automatic weapons with a court order to use deadly force to remove me from my own home and property without due process of law and them forcing me to file for a totally unwanted and un needed forced filing of Bankruptcy destroying my good hard earned credit, forcing the loss of my new affordable locked in mortgage loan . Then within two days of this framing my innocent juvenile son for an assault crime in which he did not match the description given by the victim in age , weight , height or hair color and refusing to allow my innocent brown haired son to have a DNA hair sample test done with the prosecutor already having the blonde hair samples from the real assailant provided by the victim. This is just the tip of the ice berg here involving a criminal vendetta terrorizing me for over 20 yrs with one major assault after another all of which involving financial catastrophic losses and major personal harm, weaponizing their office and other government agencies to carry out extortion , , Sending out the U.S. Marshals to threaten me and my future if I refused to drop my cases. Finally a jury, a grand jury as Officially prescribed for in USC title 19 chap.9 sec. 3057. I have experienced B.R. Judge assign my adversary case to the main defendant judge to rule upon himself and dismiss himself along with the entire case . When I questioned the Bankruptcy judge as to why he failed to uphold the law, my rights and protect my property, he replied with they are a court of limited jurisdiction and he didn't think he had the authority to take action and report this to the U.S. Attorney with the recommendation of a grand jury investigation. So I ask him , you didn't think, don't you know what you have the authority to do and not do? You didn't think you had the authority to take official action upon written notice filed with the clerk of violation of a bankruptcy law in a bankruptcy case in a bankruptcy court because you are only a bankruptcy judge???? Everyone in the court busted out laughing , the judge turned red in the face and around his ears. He stood up and practically ran in to his chambers an d never came back out with other cases waiting to be heard. So we all finally decided to just leave after waiting the better part of an hour.

I have also experienced stalking since working for said company. I don’t hang out with people from this organization and no one from Davidson Technologies should be communicating with me in any shape form or fashion since September of 2022. Keep in mind it is illegal to access a computer or electronic device without consent. Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (1986). I didn't attack them they attacked me and I fought back they blocked the exit that's kidnapping in Arizona I was unlawfully arrested and incarcerated for 420 days and 28 months of probation for wrongful arrests when my adopted dad and adopted brother attacked me when I had permission to be there they I trapped me and attacked me I didn't have 3 misdemeanor dv disorderly conduct I only had 1 both my adopted dad and adopted brother attacked me at home and i was forced to defend myself and was unlawfully arrested and incarcerated for over 420 days for both self defense charges i never should of been arrested for and my felony was reduced to a misdemeanor after finishing probation it was self defense

It's sad psychopaths always succeed these.

Say a client demanded a speedy trial. The prosecutor asked that to be waived because the reports have just been done and they need to be picked up. Client waived his ST demand in order for them to get the evidence. The trial took place 9 months after that date and the prosecutor only then, 4 hours into trial, submitted that evidence and used it. A mistrial was asked for by defense after prosecution rested and was granted. 2 days after trial a disk with all rhe evidence came to defense office. Almost 1 year after mistrial, the defense found Brady evidence easily obtained on that disk that was known to the prosecutor. And that evidence would have fed directly into the defense that someone else could have and was doing the crime. Should the case be dismissed? A new trial date has been scheduled. Unfortunately I'm going to sound a little crazy but I wouldn't say this stuff if it wasn't true and I've already spoken to other water districts and a forensic engineer so I know this to be. Aside from that if you look at the circumstances it's kind of obvious that I'm simply a target for maltreatment due to some prior malfeasances in the court system and it's so severe that I've also been blacklisted for legal representation so that this can go on. I won't go into the abuses that law enforcement has been perpetrating against me because this is separate. I know there's a tour or there's a crime of malicious destruction of private property but I don't think a Municipal Water Department water district could be charged with that so my situation is that I've been my they flooded my basement with 8 inches of storage. It's just part of a program that I've been subjected to for years and it's because I continue to talk about the malfeasance that was perpetrating against me so as long as I talk about it and it doesn't matter if I talk about it or not they want me to kill myself and if you look up the concept of organized stalking harassment that is one of the goals. If and when something happens to me I'm going to die anyway because I'm not allowed to have medical care. See what I mean, I told somebody this and they're like that's not possible. I know nobody's going to believe this stuff so I have to record all of my communications but what's the point because who's going to address it? When you look at all the circumstances in the fact that my water has been shut off for years then you know that it's not something that originating from inside the house so they intentionally did it and they can control it. Have to make file the motion for summary judgment they let the water go out because they they knew it was going to be granted. Not only did they send the police on the final day my response was due and I believe it was more than likely to arrest me on a prior warrant but they couldn't just show up and do that so they had to make up an excuse and they fabricated a well-being and it had to use a large company that allegedly called it in because it was the only person company that I had been in touch with in that time frame. But I was able to dispel that by calling them right away as soon as they told me who it was and confirming with them that I never talked to him on the phone so the fact that I called them and claimed I was going to kill myself was impossible. Anyway this is some sick program and it's all because a judge decided he had a new way to steal some money by appointing an administrator to my father's estate despite my being named the executor. The results speak for themselves. 3/4 of a million dollars. These people are disgusting. You see why I'm not allowed to have legal representation? I'm approaching it from this aspect in case they tried playing non- responsibility

And what happens if a parent just decides to walk out and start a new life somewhere else? Would that be justification to terminate parental rights entirely?

The term extortion should include all forms of harm, not just physical injury. When an employer threatens your job, if you do not perform job duties you were not hired to perform though you are capable of them and have "helped out" in the past. Suddenly the attempt to help has become assigned to me as a responsibility, yet no official recognition, no dialogue as to compensation, just threats to my employment if I dont continue doing this other new task. I dont care who you talk to, finding another job is much more difficult than most know.
